Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

AnsatAI (the “Service”) is operated by Fire Up The Apps LLC, doing business as Kore Matter (“AnsatAI”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, connecting a business system, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company, and “you” means that company.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. The service

AnsatAI is an AI back-office operator. It provides a team of named software agents — Vera, your chief of staff, together with skill agents for tasks such as order handling, invoicing and bookkeeping — that operate the third-party business tools you connect (for example your accounting or commerce system) on your instruction and report back to you in plain English.

AnsatAI assists you in running your own systems. It is not itself a system of record, it does not replace your accountant, bookkeeper or the underlying tools you connect, and it does not provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. You remain responsible for your business records and for reviewing the work the agents do on your behalf.

3. Your account & eligibility

The Service is intended for business use by owners and their authorized staff. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at legal@ansatai.com if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.

4. How the agents act on your behalf

You direct the agents primarily by email. An instruction you send an agent is your authorization for the action it describes. The agents work to verify that they have understood your instruction correctly — not to second-guess your authority to give it — and will ask you to confirm before acting when an instruction is ambiguous or when an action is significant or irreversible.

Because your instruction is the authorization, you are responsible for the instructions you give and for confirming the actions the agents surface for your approval. We are not liable for actions taken in good-faith reliance on an instruction you sent.

5. Third-party integrations

The Service works by connecting to business systems you already use, such as e-conomic, Uniconta, QuickBooks Online and similar providers. You connect your own accounts with those providers and authorize AnsatAI to access them in order to operate the Service for you. Your use of each connected system remains governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party systems — their availability, accuracy, changes to their interfaces, or the data they hold. If a connected system is unavailable or rejects an action, the affected part of the Service may not function until the connection is restored.

6. Fees & billing

The Service is a paid subscription. The fees, billing cycle and any applicable taxes for your plan are disclosed to you at the point of purchase, and payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change our fees on reasonable prior notice; changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• use the Service to infringe, misappropriate or violate the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
• reverse engineer, resell or misuse the Service other than as permitted by these Terms; or
• upload or transmit malicious code, or use the Service to send unlawful or abusive communications.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, agents, design and content, is owned by AnsatAI and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription, subject to these Terms.

The data and content you provide, and the records in your connected systems, remain yours. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AnsatAI relies on artificial intelligence, whose output can be incomplete or incorrect; you are responsible for reviewing the agents’ work before relying on it. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnsatAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the total fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnsatAI from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if providing the Service to you is no longer commercially viable, with reasonable notice where practicable. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification) will survive.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will provide reasonable notice, for example by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Massachusetts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where prohibited by applicable law.
